I've not been for about 5 years either.
BMWCC Scotland used to have a fully subscribed stand of 25 cars every year + a reserve list. Last year numbers were barely into double figures and as far as I know there is one going this year so far.

There's more of us doing Silverstone Classic these days instead which is a brilliant weekend.

Tons of club stands from all makes of car. BMW Car Club Stand was about 150 cars last year.
So much going on over the whole weekend.
Just wandering round the campsite at night is like one of the best car shows you’ve been to. 😄

Did anyone go? As soon as I saw this weekends weather forecast I decided not to bother.

I was at Gaydon last weekend for a scooter event. The grounds are a lot smaller due to building extensions and was wondering where all the cars would be displayed as there’s only the hard standing in front of the museum.

I went. It wasn't too bad weather wise although it did rain a bit. Visitor numbers looked well down, which is hardly a surprise, and exhibits were down as well, but general quality was probably better. Few more trade stands this year, but guess they may well be put off by low attendance in the future. To be honest I quite like the show and always have done, but I know there's usually a catalogue of complaints from folks.

Summary, I had a good day, saw some really nice cars there. Shame about the rain, but it wasn't bad at all.
